Results develop over 3–6 months. Start here for the biggest structural improvement.
3–4 Months Before - Profhilo or skin boosters
Restore skin hydration and firmness. Two sessions spaced 4 weeks apart.
6–8 Weeks Before - Anti-wrinkle & filler (if required)
Time for any bruising to settle and results to look natural.
2 Weeks Before - Final review appointment

Dr Olga Nos is a GMC-registered aesthetic doctor with 20 years of clinical experience. She trained in medicine before specialising in aesthetic medicine, and her practice is built on the belief that the best aesthetic results are the ones nobody can identify as aesthetic results.
She works from a private clinic at 97 Mortimer Street, Oxford Circus — close enough to Harley Street to understand that market, far enough to have built something more personal.
Every consultation, assessment and treatment at this clinic is with Dr Nos directly. There are no junior practitioners. No protocols designed by committee. Just twenty years of considered clinical judgement.
